Even though only three members attended, we still had a lot to chat about. The topics we covered included:
- Extreme Clonus and treatments
- Strengthside YouTube channel
- Yoga (different ones for different ailments)
- Physio
- Speech impairments linked to HSP
- Links between anti depressants and leg muscle stiffness
- Stretching (which I now do as much as possible!)
- Smartphone apps to track sleep patterns
- Economics Gene Park in Cardiff
- Lymphedema pumps.
A new member was present, who had a great deal of knowledge on dealing with HSP, which may help people with different symptoms. These meetings do work because members only have to meet other members to find out things that could help them live better with their HSP.
The meeting came to a close at 4:30 just in time for us all to prepare for the Wales football match.
