Annual General Meeting (AGM)

The group’s Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be on Saturday 24^th August starting at 10:30. We are currently continuing with virtual AGMs to increase participation from members who find travel difficult. If you attend you can hear about our activities of the last year, and there will be time after for a friendly chat.

The Zoom meeting will be open from around 10:15 to allow people to say hello and check their technology is working. I expect the AGM to run until around 11:30. The agenda is:

1. Reports on our activities
2. Reports from; Chair, Secretary, Membership Secretary and Treasurer
3. Reports from committees
4. Minutes of the Annual General Meeting held on Saturday 15^th July 2023
5. Election of trustees,
6. Any other business

Voting is open to all members, and we are asking for votes in advance, before Saturday 17^th August. Members will be contacted directly about how to vote.
