Meeting report by Estelle Marshall
We met at Mount Zion Church, in Cliviger, Burnley, and my friend helped with drinks and snacks.
One couple came, which allowed the opportunity for a more in-depth discussion. We talked about physiotherapy and plans for the future. There was a discussion about setting up a glamping holiday site for disabled people. There was a discussion about the need for these sorts of places and the need to continue being productive once no longer able to work. The aim is to hold another meeting in a few month’s time, in either October or November. The aim is to have a talk by myself on physiotherapy and HSP. For my Masters, I am reading through many research articles and will use this for a talk. It will be nice to see more people but there is also value in a small group.
