Annual General Meeting (AGM)

The AGM of the HSP Support Group is held in the summer each year.

The group has reflected on our digital AGMs since Coronavirus restrictions. Whilst many people who attend our face-to-face meetings enjoy socialising, one key benefit of holding the AGM digitally is that it opens up the meeting to all members with an internet connection, many of whom have challenges travelling. This digital step makes the AGM accessible to a larger proportion of membership compared with those able to travel to a face-to-face meeting for the day.

The format for the 2023 AGM will follow that set in 2021. The formal AGM receives and approves the minutes, accounts and reports of the Groups activities and elects Trustees. Member voting on these matters is completed in advance of the AGM. The AGM will be live via Zoom and is expected to take about an hour, and will subsequently be uploaded to our YouTube channel.

During our face-to-face AGMs presentations were made to help share information and stories with members. These will also be digital events taking place over the summer, and subsequently uploaded to our YouTube channel.

2023 Reports

The 2023 AGM will be held online via Zoom on Saturday 15th July 2023, at 10.30am.
