We have some more details on travel to the AGM for those who are not certain about this, and thanks to Penny and June for their hard work on the venue:
- Rail: Trains are from Birmingham New Street Station to Selly Oak Station, which is adjacent to the Sense Midlands building, less than a 5-minute scoot or a 10-minute walk from the Station. Lifts, Assistance and Ramps are all available on Sundays – folks will need to arrange their own requirements when booking their rail tickets.
- Bus: There are bus routes from Birmingham City – these buses stop virtually outside the Sense Midlands building in Selly Oak:
- Bus No. 76 – to Northfield
- Bus No. 61 – to Frankley
- Bus No. 63 – to Longbridge
- Car: Sense Midlands have their own large car park to the rear of their building, giving everyone free parking (73 places) – The car park is accessible via Elliot Road and then going into Selly Wharf. Press button on the red intercom to ask for entrance.
Venue Information
- The building is a new & modern design, is large, light, and open-plan. There are 6 Accessible Toilets plus 1 Changing Room with shower & hoist.

- Longbridge railway station is a 5-minute walk from both the Hotel & Sainsbury’s supermarket, and the No. 63 Bus stops on the main road outside of Sainsbury’s.
- Getting to the AGM from the hotel is straightforward, by train from Longbridge Station, or by the No. 63 bus.
