Estelle Marshall has written a book about living well with HSP. This was completed just after the newsletter was finalised. You can order the book through Amazon, and there are details about this on our website: https://hspgroup.org/book-living-well-with-hsp/ I think this book is likely to be useful to many people!
The Paralympics are in full flow at the moment. Team HSP appears to comprise the French skier Arthur Bauchet, who currently has won two golds and a silver, and will be competing in the giant slalom standing later this weekend.
You may remember Lily Rice, who came to our attention by being the first female to complete a wheelchair backflip followed by appearing in McFlys Afraid of Heights video. Lily later won Bronze for Wales in the Commonwealth Games in 2022. She has just won the Rising Star Award at the Women’s Awards Wales. Congratulations Lily! https://www.instagram.com/p/DVeXuDqiOQ0/
