SUMMARY:Annual General Meeting (AGM)
DESCRIPTION:The group’s Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be on Saturday 24th August starting at 10:30. We are currently continuing with virtual AGMs to increase participation from members who find travel difficult. If you attend you can hear about our activities of the last year, and there will be time after for a friendly chat.\nThe Zoom meeting will be open from around 10:15 to allow people to say hello and check their technology is working. I expect the AGM to run until around 11:30. The agenda is:\n\nReports on our activities\nReports from; Chair, Secretary, Membership Secretary and Treasurer\nReports from committees\nMinutes of the Annual General Meeting held on Saturday 15th July 2023\nElection of trustees,\nAny other business\n\nVoting is open to all members, and we are asking for votes in advance, before Saturday 17th August. Members will be contacted directly about how to vote.\n
