DESCRIPTION:Hello everyone, How times flies!\nOur next Milford meeting is on Sunday October 6th. We have moved the gathering to October, in the hope our journey’s home won’t be in the dark. We’ll be at The Clockhouse, Chapel Lane, Milford, Surrey GU8 5EZ, starting at 2 pm and finishing at 5pm. Of course, you’re welcome to join us during the afternoon and leave when you need to.\nThe Milford meetings combine time to chat and socialise plus having a speaker. Following a welcome cup of tea or coffee, the Carer’s have time together to chat and share experiences, whilst we catch up with each other. Usually, our guest speaker has the middle hour, with the afternoon finishing with socialising whilst enjoying some refreshments, to give you some energy to get home, and the raffle.\nHaving HSP limits our ability to do exercise and attend exercise classes. Consequently, we’re being joined by Diana Rang who is a Wellbeing and Exercise Coach. Diana runs both Paracise, a new gentle exercise class, designed to improve mobility, flexibility and balance, and Wobble, seated exercises focusing on exercises that help to improve strength, mobility and confidence.\nFor many with HSP, driving is no longer an option and attending our face-to-face meetings difficult, if not impossible. Over the years many drivers have offered lifts and car sharing. We have a couple living in Horsham, who would like to join us at Milford, but sadly don’t have transport.
