If you've been diagnosed with Hereditary Spastic Paraplegia (HSP) or Familial Spastic Paraplegia (FSP) - you are not alone.
We are here to help and cordially invite you to join us - Membership is open to those with a diagnosis, their carers, or to anyone with a specific interest in the condition.
Subscription Fees
- £15 for standard membership. (A further one-time fee of £5 entitles an additional family member to a vote at our AGM.)
- £10 for pensioners/senior citizens or non-wage earners.
- In some circumstances, the subscription may be waived.

 3. Gift Aid - if you pay UK taxes, this form allows us to reclaim the tax on monies paid to us. Click to print the form, fill it in and send it with your application form.
